摘要
目的探讨九味镇心颗粒联合曲唑酮治疗心脾两虚证焦虑症的临床效果。方法选取2018年1月—2019年1月北部战区总医院收治的80例心脾两虚证焦虑症患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(40例)与研究组(40例)。对照组采用曲唑酮治疗的方法,研究组采用九味镇心颗粒联合曲唑酮治疗的方法。比较两组的治疗效果,治疗前、治疗2、4周后焦虑评分与睡眠障碍评分及不良反应总发生率。结果研究组的治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组的焦虑评分、睡眠障碍评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗2、4周后,研究组的汉密尔顿焦虑量表、匹兹堡睡眠指数量表评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组的不良反应总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于心脾两虚证焦虑症患者,应用九味镇心颗粒联合曲唑酮治疗可提高治疗总有效率,降低焦虑、睡眠障碍评分与不良反应发生率,价值显著。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Jiuwei Zhenxin Granules combined with Trazodone in the treatment of anxiety with syndrome of deficiency of heart and spleen.Methods A total of anxiety 80 patients with syndrome of deficiency of heart and spleen admitted to Northern District General Hospital of PLA from January 2018 to January 2019 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into control group(40 cases)and study group(40 cases).The control group was treated with Trazodone,and the study group was treated with Jiuwei Zhenxin Granules combined with Trazodone.The treatment effect,anxiety score and sleep disorder score before treatment,after 2 and 4 weeks of treatment,and the total incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the treatment in the study group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,the anxiety score and sleep disorder score of the two groups showed no statistically significant differences between the two groups(P>0.05).After 2 and 4 weeks of treatment,the Hamilton anxiety scale and Pittsburgh sleep index scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Jiuwei Zhenxin Granules combined with Trazodone can improve the total effective rate,reduce the anxiety,sleep disorder scores and the incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment of anxiety patients with syndrome of deficiency of heart and spleen,with significant value.
