摘要
目的:探讨OCTA在观察高血压视网膜病变患者的黄斑区和视盘血流密度方面的应用。方法:随机选取2017年8月~2019年8月本院高血压视网膜病变患者56例(94眼),将这些患者作为病例组,另随机选取同期本院健康志愿者54例(92眼)作为健康组,均接受OCTA检查,统计分析两组人员的黄斑3mm×3mm区域血流密度情况。结果:病例组患者的黄斑3mm×3mm区域血流密度均显著低于健康组(P<0.05),增殖期患者黄斑3mm×3mm区域血流密度均显著低于非增殖期患者(P<0.05)。结论:OCTA在观察高血压视网膜病变患者的黄斑区和视盘血流密度方面的应用价值高。
Objective:To explore the application of OCTA in the observation of macular area and optic disc blood flow density in patients with hypertensive retinopathy.Methods:56 patients(94 eyes)with hypertensive retinopathy in our hospital from August 2017 to August 2019 were randomly selected as the case group,and 54 healthy volunteers(92 eyes)were randomly selected as the healthy group at the same time,all of them were examined by OCTA,and the blood flow density of 3mm×3mm area of macula in the two groups was statistically analyzed.Results:The blood flow density in the 3mm×3mm area of macula in the case group was significantly lower than that in the healthy group(P<0.05),and that in the 3mm×3mm area of macula in the proliferative period was significantly lower than that in the non proliferative period(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application value of OCTA in the observation of macular area and optic disc blood flow density in patients with hypertensive retinopathy is high.
