摘要
近年来,武汉市高度重视改善空气质量工作,将打赢蓝天保卫战作为污染防治攻坚战的重中之重加快推进,取得阶段性成效,全面完成了“十三五”目标。但是“十四五”期间仍面临十分严峻的形势,需要引起高度重视。对武汉市“十三五”期间大气环境保护取得的成效、存在的问题进行了全面评估,在此基础上提出了“十四五”期间大气环境保护的总体思路、目标及主要任务:对目前武汉市存在PM_(2.5)、O_(3)和NO_(2)3项污染物超标问题突出的现象,“十四五”期间应继续实施四大结构调整,落实三项协同减排措施,推进空气质量持续改善。
In recent years,improving air quality was attached great importance in Wuhan City.Winning the battle against the blue sky is as the top priority of pollution prevention and control,which achieved initial results and fully completed the"13th Five-Year Plan"goal.However,during the“14th Five-Year Plan”period,it is still facing a very severe situation,which needs to be attached great importance.This paper comprehensively evaluates the achievements and problems of air environmental protection in Wuhan City during the“13th Five-Year Plan”period.It also puts forward the general ideas,objectives and main tasks of air environmental protection during the“14th Five-Year Plan”period.At present,there is a serious problem of exceeding the standard of PM_(2.5),O_(3) and NO_(2)in Wuhan City.During the"14th Five-Year Plan"period,four major structural adjustments should be continued,three coordinated emission reduction measures should be implemented,and continuous improvement of air quality should be promoted.
