摘要
文章提出一种柔性可配置系统解决方案,该方案基于物联网和云计算进行系统分层架构,设计多接口数据监控终端分布式网络化监测制造现场异构物理设备,终端与云监控平台通过网络实现远程数据交互;建立柔性数据交互机制,可根据应用需求柔性配置终端的基础信息和接口采集模式,云监控平台可进行多种数据重构规则的配置。角铁激光切割多机器人自动化生产线上测试结果表明了该方案的有效性。
A flexible configurable system solution is proposed in this paper.This solution is based on the Internet of Things and cloud computing for system layered architecture.A multi-interface data monitoring terminal is designed to monitor heterogeneous physical devices in manufacturing field.The terminal and cloud monitoring platform can realize remote data interaction through network,and establishes flexible data interaction mechanism,so that the system can flexibly configure terminal's basic information and interface acquisition mode according to application requirements,and cloud monitoring platform can configure multiple data reconstruction rules.The test results on the automatic production line of angle iron laser cutting multi-robot show the effectiveness of the scheme.
