CSSD医用多酶清洗剂的毒理研究

摘要 目的:为探讨消毒供应中心职业护士安全防护问题,验证医用多酶清洗剂的残留物是否会对人体造成伤害,对目前正在使用的医用多酶清洗剂的毒理性进行了探究和验证。方法:参照2002版《消毒技术规范》中对消毒产品毒理性的检测方法进行检测。结果:急性经口试验确定医用多酶清洗剂的LD50>5000mg/kg;急性吸入毒性试验确定LC50>1000mg/m^(3);皮肤刺激实验计算出皮肤刺激指数<0.5;皮肤变态反应试验求得致敏率为0;微核试验结果显示2500mg/kg组(1/2 LD50)和1000mg/kg组(1/5 LD50)的微核出现率分别为2.6‰和1.3‰,阴性对照组的微核出现率为0.6‰,阳性对照组的微核出现率为25.8‰。结论:急性经口试验确定医用多酶清洗剂属实际无毒级;急性吸入毒性试验确定清洗剂为实际无毒级;结果判定医用多酶清洗剂不引起皮肤变态反应;急性眼刺激试验判定眼刺激反应分级标准为无刺激性;微核试验结果属阴性,表明该医用多酶清洗剂无明显致突变作用。哺乳动物红细胞染色体畸变试验结果属于阴性,表明该医用多酶清洗剂对染色体无致突变作用。因此,目前在用的医用多酶清洗剂对人体无害,对护士职业安全没有影响。 Objective:In order to explore the safety protection of CSSD nurses to verify whether the residues of medical multi-enzyme cleaning agent can cause harm to human body,the toxicity of medical multi-enzyme cleaning agent currently being used was explored and verified.Methods:According to the 2002 version of Technical Specification for Disinfection to test the toxicity of disinfection products.Results:Acute oral test confirmed that the LD50 of medical multi enzyme detergent was more than 5000 mg/kg;Acute inhalation toxicity test confirmed that LC50>1000mg/m^(3);The skin irritation index was less than 0.5;Skin allergy test showed that the sensitization rate was 0%;The results of micronucleus test showed that the micronucleus occurrence rates of 2500 mg/kg group(1/2 LD50)and 1000 mg/kg group(1/5 LD50)were 2.6‰ and 1.3‰,respectively.The micronucleus occurrence rate of negative control group was 0.6‰,and that of positive control group was 25.8‰.Conclusion:The acute oral test confirmed that the medical multi enzyme cleaning agent is non-toxic;The acute inhalation toxicity test confirmed that the cleaning agent was non-toxic;The results showed that medical multi enzyme detergent did not cause skin allergy;The acute eye irritation test showed that the classification standard of eye irritation response was no irritation;The result of micronucleus test was negative,which indicated that the multi enzyme cleaning agent had no obvious mutagenic effect.The results of mammalian erythrocyte chromosome aberration test were negative,which indicated that the medical multi enzyme detergent had no mutagenic effect on chromosomes.Therefore,the medical multi enzyme cleaning agent currently in use is harmless to human body and has no impact on the occupational safety of nurses.
