摘要
目的:探讨股骨近端防旋髓内钉在高龄股骨粗隆间骨折中的临床治疗效果。方法:以2017年5月~2019年5月本院收治的116例高龄股骨粗隆间骨折患者为研究对象,随机分组为观察组与对照组各58例,予以对照组患者人工股骨头替换术治疗,予以观察组患者股骨近端防旋髓内钉治疗,比较两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果:观察组患者的手术时间、术中失血量以及术后下床行走时间均显著短于对照组患者,组间数据差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在高龄股骨粗隆间骨折患者的临床治疗中应用股骨近端防旋髓内钉,能够有效缩短治疗时间并提高手术安全性。
Objective:To investigate the clinical treatment effect of proximal femur anti-rotation intramedullary nail in intertrochanteric fractures of elderly femurs.Methods:From May 2017 to May 2019 were among the 116 cases of femoral intertrochanteric fracture in aged patients as the research object,and randomly assigned to observation group and the control group(n=58),to control for the treatment of patients with artificial femoral head replacement,to observation group of patients with proximal femoral intramedullary nail treatment,prevention to compare clinical therapeutic effects of two groups of patients.Results:The operative time,intraoperative blood loss and postoperative walking time of patients in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group,and the data differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of proximal femoral anti-rotation intramedullary nail in the clinical treatment of elderly patients with intertrochanteric fracture can effectively shorten the treatment time and improve the safety of surgery.
