摘要
本文通过对公司某零件钻孔加工效率低、加工质量差的工艺分析,探讨了该零件加工工艺的特点,并结合模具冲裁加工特点及该类零件的结构特点,探索出“冲孔落料-弯曲-修孔”的全新加工工艺。更改该零件钻孔工艺为模具冲裁加工工艺,有效保证该类零件加工效率的成倍增长,降低生产成本,同时保证加工质量,为公司“三大变革”经典实用案例。同时,为公司多批次小批量的零件加工周期提供了坚实的保障。
In this paper,through the analysis of the low efficiency and poor quality of the drilling process of a certain part of the company,the characteristics of the processing technology of the part are discussed.Combined with the characteristics of the die blanking processing and the structural characteristics of the part,the new processing technology of punching,blanking,bending,and hole repairing is explored.The drilling process of the part is changed to the die blanking processing technology to effectively ensure the efficiency of the part processing Double growth,reduce production costs,and ensure processing quality,is the company’s"three major changes"classic practical case.At the same time,for the company’s multi batch and small batch parts processing cycle provides a solid guarantee.
