摘要
为探究木荷幼苗生长对不同氮磷钾配比营养液的响应情况,为木荷壮苗培育合理施肥提供科学的理论依据,选择1月龄木荷幼苗作为试验材料,以Hoagland营养液为母液,进行氮磷钾3因素6水平缺素试验,在水培条件下研究不同氮磷钾配比对木荷幼苗生长的影响。结果表明:不同的氮磷钾营养液配比中,木荷幼苗的各项指标变化趋势基本一致,氮磷钾肥对木荷幼苗生长的影响表现为P>K>N,处理15表现最佳,处理12幼苗长势最差;木荷幼苗的株高、生物量、SOD、POD、CAT、SP均表现出随着施肥水平的提高先升高后降低的变化趋势,Pro和MDA在高水平施肥时显著增加。研究显示,以Hoagland液为水培营养液母液,氮磷钾水平分别为母液中氮磷钾元素浓度的1、1和0.5倍时,木荷幼苗生长最佳。
The purpose of this study was to explore the response of seedlings to nutrient solution of different nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium ratio,and provide scientific theoretical basis for the cultivation of high quality seedlings of Schima superba.In this study,one-month-old S.superba seedlings were selected as experimental materials and Hoagland nutrient solution was used as mother liquid.The effects of different ratios of nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium on the growth of S.superba seedlings were studied under hydroponic culture.The results showed that the changing trends of various indexes of plants were basically the same in different ratios of N,P and K nutrient solution,and the best performance was in treatment No.15,the worst growth of seedlings was in treatment No.12.The effect of N,P,K fertilizer on the growth of S.superba seedlings was P>K>N.The plant height,biomass,SOD,POD,CAT and SP of S.superba seedlings all increased at first and then decreased with the increase of fertilization level,while Pro and MDA increased significantly at high level of fertilization.this study indicated that the growth of S.superba seedlings was the best when Hoagland solution was used as the mother solution and the levels of N,P,K were 1,1,0.5 times of the concentration of mother solution.
