摘要
本文对3M^(TM) Petrifilm^(TM)乳酸菌测试片在检测食品中乳酸菌的准确性和适用性进行了评估。以GB 4789.35-2016为参考方法,通过实验室内比较研究和实验室间的比对试验,证明3M^(TM) Petrifilm^(TM)乳酸菌测试片和GB 4789.35-2016比较,检测结果无显著性差异,表明该测试片完全能够满足食品中乳酸菌检测的要求。
In this study, the accuracy and applicability of 3 M^(TM) Petrifilm^(TM) lactic acid bacteria countplate in the detection of lactic acid bacteria in food were evaluated. Taking the national standard GB 4789.35-2016 as the reference method, this study conducted the comparative study in laboratory and the comparison test between laboratories, and proved that there was no significant difference in the detection results between 3 M^(TM) Petrifilm^(TM) lactic acid bacteria countplate and GB 4789.35-2016. The result indicates that the test piece can fully meet the requirements of the detection of lactic acid bacteria in food.
