摘要
针灸疗法是治疗纤维肌痛综合征(FMS)的有效方法。FMS发病机制和临床表现复杂,近年现代医学对该病的诊治有了进一步的认识,重新辨析FMS的核心病机是针灸施治的关键。本文参考新版美国风湿病学会FMS诊断标准以及欧洲抗风湿病联盟FMS治疗管理建议,以《黄帝内经》阳气与神志理论为依据,探讨FMS的中医发病规律,归纳出可指导针灸临床的辨治方法,为中医辨治现代医学综合征提供一种可行的思路。
Acupuncture and moxibustion treatment is an effective method to treat fibromyalgia syndrome(FMS). The pathogenesis and clinical manifestations of FMS are complex. In recent years, there is a further understanding of the diagnosis and treatment of this disease in modern medicine, and the core pathogenesis of FMS is the key to operating acupuncture and moxibustion treatment. By referring to the new edition of the American Rheumatology Society’s FMS diagnostic criteria and the European Anti-Rheumatic Alliance’s Fibromyalgia Treatment and Management Suggestions,and based on the theory of yang qi and the conscious mind in Huangdi Neijing,this paper discusses the pathogenesis of FMS in Chinese medicine,and sums up the methods that can guide the clinical differentiation of acupuncture and moxibustion,and provide a feasible way of thinking for the differentiation and treatment of modern medical syndromes in Chinese medicine.
