摘要
目的探讨米诺环素与维胺酯胶囊联合LED红蓝光交替照射治疗寻常型痤疮患者的临床效果。方法120例寻常型痤疮患者,根据随机数字表法分为观察组与观察组,各60例。对照组采用米诺环素联合维胺酯胶囊进行治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上使用LED红蓝光交替照射进行治疗。比较两组临床治疗效果、生活质量评分、炎症皮损评分及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率96.67%高于对照组的81.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组生活质量评分均高于治疗前,炎症皮损评分均低于治疗前,且观察组生活质量评分(76.13±2.72)分高于对照组的(68.24±2.39)分,炎症皮损评分(6.42±0.83)分低于对照组的(13.52±1.15)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率1.67%低于对照组的15.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对寻常型痤疮患者进行米诺环素与维胺酯胶囊联合LED红蓝光交替照射治疗,有利于生活质量和炎症皮损程度改善,可提高治疗效果。
Objective To discuss the clinical effect of minocycline and viaminate capsules combined with alternating red and blue LED irradiation on patients with acne vulgaris.Methods A total of 120 patients with acne vulgaris were divided into observation group and control group according to random numerical table,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with minocycline and viaminate capsules,and the observation group was treated with alternating red and blue LED irradiation based on the control group.The therapeutic effect,quality of life score,inflammatory lesions score and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate 96.67%of the observation group was higher than 81.67%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the quality of life score of the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and inflammatory lesions score was lower than that before treatment;the quality of life score(76.13±2.72)points of the observation group was higher than(68.24±2.39)points of the control group,and inflammatory lesions score(6.42±0.83)points was lower than(13.52±1.15)points of the control group.All the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions 1.67%of the observation group was lower than 15.00%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Combination of minocycline,viaminate capsules and alternating red and blue LED irradiation for patients with acne vulgaris can improve the quality of life and the degree of inflammatory lesions,and can improve the therapeutic effect.
