摘要
在2019至2020年新冠疫情环境下,廉价航空遭遇行业客流量剧减的情况。全球运输业外部环境因此发生巨变,这种社会情景与廉价航空内外部环境的交织,使得民营廉价航空遭遇了行业严冬,也使廉价航空以“低成本”为核心的运营模式遭遇质疑。在中国人均收入破一万美金的背景下,中国市场高端替代消费需求正在被激活,品质生活范式正逐渐形成。本文以廉价航空代表之一的亚洲航空为例,聚焦当前廉价航空公司的“低成本”商业运营模式,从竞争环境、顾客价值、企业竞争价值等角度,探讨后疫情时代下廉价航空发展阻碍及对策。
Under the new crown epidemic from 2019 to 2020,low-cost airlines have experienced a sharp decline in passenger traffic in the industry.As a result,the external environment of the global transportation industry has undergone tremendous changes.The interweaving of this social scenario and the internal and external environments of low-cost airlines has caused the severe winter of private low-cost airlines in the industry,and has also brought into question the operating model of low-cost airlines with“low cost”as the core.In the context of China's per capita income exceeding 10,000 US dollars,the demand for high-end alternative consumption in the Chinese market is being activated,and the paradigm of quality of life is gradually taking shape.This article takes AirAsia,one of the representatives of low-cost airlines as an example,focuses on the current“low-cost”business operation model of low-cost airlines,and discusses the obstacles and obstacles to the development of low-cost airlines in the post-epidemic era from the perspectives of competitive environment,customer value,and corporate competitive value Countermeasures.
