摘要
目的探讨依达拉奉联合阿替普酶对急性脑梗死患者氧化应激水平及转归的影响。方法以2019年3月—2020年3月在医院诊治的90例ACI患者作为该研究对象,并利用随机数字表法将其随机分成对照组与研究组,各45例,对照组运用阿替普酶治疗,研究组基于对照组上运用依达拉奉治疗,比较两组的氧化应激水平以及生活质量情况。结果治疗前两组的观察组的SOD、GSHpx及MDA等氧化应激水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后研究组SOD、GSH-px水平比对照组高(P<0.05),而MDA水平低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组的各项生活质量评分均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论依达拉奉联合阿替普酶治疗ACI患者,疗效确切,不仅对神经元具有很好的保护作用,而且还能有效恢复其神经功能,改善预后,临床上值得运用。
Objective To investigate the effect of edaravone combined with alteplase on oxidative stress level and outcome in patients with acute cerebral infarction.Methods 90 ACI patients who were treated in hospital from March 2019 to March 2020 were selected as the subjects of the study.The patients were randomly divided into control group and research group by using random digital table method,45 cases each,the control group was treated with alteplase,and the study group was treated with edaravone based on the control group.The oxidative stress level and quality of life of the two groups were compared.Results There was no significant difference in the levels of SOD,GSH-px and MDA in the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of SOD and GSH-px in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),while the levels of MDA were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The quality of life scores of the study group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Edaravone combined with alteplase is effective in the treatment of ACI patients.It not only has a good protective effect on neurons,but also can effectively restore their neurological functions and improve their prognosis.Therefore,it is worthy of clinical application.
