摘要
高Li含量的Al-Li合金相对于其他合金或复合材料在轻量化上更具有优势,提高Li含量能降低Al-Li合金的密度,但Li含量过高会导致合金成分严重偏析又在一定程度上限制了Al-Li合金的发展。然而航空工业的超速发展要求Al-Li合金轻量化与优异的综合性能相匹配,获得性能更好的高Li含量Al-Li合金是探索的热点。阐述了通过设计改进合金成分、添加合金元素合金化、改善热处理工艺以及改进制备工艺等方法来提高高Li含量的Al-Li合金的力学性能,从而获得低密度高强度的Al-Li合金。
Al-Li alloy with high Li content has more advantages in lightweight compared with other alloys or composites.Increasing Li content can reduce the density of Al-Li alloy,but too high Li content leads to serious segregation of alloy composition,which can limit the development of Al-Li alloy to some extent.However,with the rapid development of aviation industry,the lightweight and excellent comprehensive properties of Al-Li alloys are required to match.Therefore,obtaining better Al-Li alloys with high Li content is the focus of exploration.The mechanical properties of Al-Li alloy with high Li content improve by designing and improving the composition of alloy,adding alloying elements,improving the heat treatment process and improving the preparation process,so as to obtain the Al-Li alloy with low density and high strength.
