摘要
为提高超市、水果店等小型水果销售点的类球型水果分级效率、收集效率、减少人流拥挤、降低人工成本的问题。使用SolidWorks软件设计一款针对于小型类球型水果质量的分级设备,该设备融合电动机控制、多传感器技术及气动控制,采用西门子PLC S7200对所设计的水果称重分级设备的控制系统进行设计开发。实现了设备对水果的自动整理、称重、分级、储存、收集的过程;此外,整个设备可通过上位机人机交界面对设备参数进行设置、各单元实现控制,可很好地满足称重分级收集的需求。该设备主要针对小型类球型水果进行质量分级,称重范围在0~500 g,横径范围为60~90 mm,分级效率最高可达到200 kg/h。
In order to improve the grading efficiency and collection efficiency of spherical fruits in supermarkets,fruit shops and other small fruit sales points,reduce crowding,and reduce labor costs,a weight grading equipment is designed using SolidWorks software for small spherical fruits.The equipment integrates motor control,multi-sensor technology and pneumatic control.Siemens PLC S7200 is used to design the control system of the designed fruit weighing and grading equipment.The process of automatic sorting,weighing,grading,storage and collection of fruits by the equipment is realized.The whole equipment can set the equipment parameters through the upper computer man-machine interface,and realize the control of each unit,which can meet the needs of weighing and grading collection.The equipment is mainly used for weight grading of small ball-shaped fruits,with a weighing range of 0~500 g,a transverse diameter range of 60~90 mm,and a grading efficiency of up to 200 kg/h.
