摘要
纺织品纤维检验过程应对纺织品的纤维质量和性能展开检验,在具体检验过程中应利用物理纤维检验分析法和化学纤维检验分析法,参考我国纺织品检验相关规定进行定性、定量检测。纺织品作为我们日常生活的消耗品,其质量直接影响人们的身体健康,尤其是婴幼儿纺织品,其纤维质量检测过程更应严格,天然纤维应作为婴幼儿纺织品的纤维质量检验标杆,保证纺织品的质量。利用现阶段高科技检验设备,完成纺织品纤维质量检验,在检验过程中加大检测力度,保证我国纺织品市场良性发展。本文总结纺织品纤维质量检测过程中的影响因素,并针对影响因素总结具体纤维质量检测的研究方案。
In the process of textile fiber inspection,the quality and performance of textile fiber should be inspected.In the specific inspection process,we should use physical fiber inspection analysis and chemical fiber inspection analysis,and refer to the relevant regulations of textile inspection in China for qualitative and quantitative inspection.As consumables in our daily life,the quality of textiles directly affects people’s health,especially infant textiles,so its fiber quality inspection process should be strict.Natural fibers should be used as a benchmark for fiber quality inspection of infant textiles to ensure the quality of textiles.Use the high-tech inspection equipment at present to complete the quality inspection of textile fibers.Intensify the inspection in the inspection process to ensure the sound development of China’s textile market.In this paper,the influencing factors in the process of textile fiber quality inspection are summarized,and the specific research scheme of fiber quality inspection is summarized according to the influencing factors.
