摘要
恶性肿瘤为有形之阴邪,生长迅速、具有阳动之性,是故体阴而用阳。微创外科的蓬勃发展为肿瘤患者的治疗提供了新的机遇与挑战,在中医“孤阳不生,独阴不长”、“坚者削之”“衰其大半而止”等理论指导下的肿瘤微创外科治疗可能激活机体的免疫功能,具有新的治疗前景和意义。
Malignant tumor is a tangible evil with yin,which grows rapidly and has a positive activity.It is a yin and uses yang.The flourishing development of minimally invasive surgery has provided new opportunities and challenges for the treatment of cancer patients.Under the guidance of traditional Chinese medicine theory like‘If there is only yang,the yin is not alive;also,if there is only yin,the yang cannot grow up’,‘There are die principles of treatment,hard masses must be disintegrated’,‘Treatment only needs to eliminate most of the pathogenic factors’originates’,the cancer patients who concept minimally invasive surgery may activate the body’s immune system,it has new therapeutic prospects and significance.
