摘要
采用文献资料法、逻辑分析法等方法,从机遇、问题与对策三方面,对“一带一路”倡议下沿线国家冰雪运动合作发展进行研究。研究表明:沿线国家冰雪运动合作发展具有政策保障、具备合作基础、已有成功经验等机遇。存在的问题有:交流合作机制不健全,常态化合作机制未形成;参与合作国家少,冰雪国家参与基础差;经典合作赛事少,冰雪运动赛事品牌匮乏;资源开发经济基础薄弱,影响冰雪运动深度合作。建议:打造沿线国家冰雪体育赛事品牌,促进冰雪运动交流;举办沿线国家国际冰雪文化论坛,提升冰雪运动影响;加强沿线国家冰雪体育教育互动,开展冰雪运动教育;加强沿线国家冰雪运动产业合作,带动冰雪产业升级;强化沿线国家冰雪运动竞技交流,促进竞技水平提升。
This paper studies the cooperation development of ice and snow sports in countries along the line under the Belt and Road Initiative from three aspects:opportunities,problems and countermeasures by using the method of literature and logical anal-ysis.The results show that the cooperation and development of ice and snow sports in the countries along the line has policy guar-antee,cooperation foundation and successful experience.The existing problems include:the cooperation mechanism is not sound and the normalization of the cooperation mechanism has not been formed;there are few countries participating in the cooperation,and countries with few snow and ice have a poor foundation for participation;there are few classic cooperative events and brands of ice and snow sports events;the weak economy of resource development affects the deep cooperation of ice and snow sports.Suggestions are the following:to build brands of ice and snow sports events in countries along the line to promote ice and snow sports exchanges;to hold international ice and snow culture forum to enhance the influence of ice and snow sports;to strengthen the interaction of snow and ice sports education and carry out snow and ice sports education;to strengthen cooperation in the ice and snow sports industry to upgrade the ice and snow sports industry;to strengthen ice and snow sports competitive exchanges to improve their competitive level.
