摘要
脑电图(EEG)技术是神经电生理学重要的检测手段,因客观、敏感、高特异性与易量化等特性,广泛应用于针刺疗效评价及机制研究中。为进一步探讨EEG技术在针刺效应研究中的应用现状,通过检索近10年国内外相关文献,并对其进行归纳分析,大量临床及基础研究表明,无论是生理状态还是病理状态,EEG技术均能从脑电生理学角度初步验证针刺腧穴效应特异性、针刺得气效应、针刺时间效应和针刺效应影响因素特异性作用,从而揭示针刺多靶点、多通道、多层次和整体性的针刺效应中枢机制,为针灸研究提供客观定量评价依据。
Electroencephalogram(EEG)technology is an important detection method for neuroelectrophysiology.It is widely used in acupuncture efficacy evaluation and mechanism research because of its characteristics of objective ness,sensitive ness,high specificity and easiness to quantify.In order to further explore the application status of EEG technology in the study of acupuncture effects,by searching the relevant literature at home and abroad in the past 10 years and conducting an inductive analysis,a large number of clinical and basic studies have shown that EEG technology,whether physiological or pathological,can initially verified the specificity of acupuncture,Qi obtaining effect,acupuncture time effect and specificity of acupuncture effect influencing factors,from the perspective of electrophysiology,thereby revealing multiple targets,multiple channels and multiple levels of the central mechanism of the acupuncture effect,which provides an objective quantitative basis for acupuncture research.
