摘要
依托组织力量推动发展宣传工作是中国共产党的重要政治优势。新中国成立初期,尤其是朝鲜战争爆发后,中国共产党一度面临着巨大的舆论压力。在挑战面前,中共中央依靠组织驱动,通过组织遴选、工作领导、多组织配合及业务培训等方式,迅速建设起既能够覆盖全国,又具有极强渗透力的宣传动员网络。宣传网的建设过程,充分展现了中国共产党强大的组织动员能力和细腻的宣传管理技艺。此外,中国共产党在依托组织力量推动宣传工作的同时,组织本身也实现了更新升级。
Relying on the organizational force to promote propaganda work is an important political advantage of the Communist Party of China(CPC).In the early days of the founding of the People's Republic of China,especially after the outbreak of the Korean War,the Communist Party of China was once faced with huge pressure of public opinion.In the face of the challenges,the CPC Central Committee relied on the organizational drive,through organizational selection,work leadership,multi-organization cooperation,professional training and other ways,to quickly build a nationwide and highly permeable propaganda and mobilization network.The construction process of the propaganda network fully demonstrated the CPC's strong organizational mobilization ability and exquisite propaganda management skills.In addition,while the CPC relies on its organizational strength to promote propaganda,the organization itself has also been updated and upgraded.
