某山区超宽混凝土斜拉桥荷载试验检测技术研究 被引量:11

Experimental Study on the Technology of Load Test and Detection for a Super Wide Concrete Cablestayed Bridge in a Mountainous Area

摘要 立足于解决山区公路建设中有关山区超宽混凝土斜拉桥荷载试验检测的技术难题,依托楠木渡乌江特大桥,将数值模拟、理论分析跟现场试验相结合的手段,对静动载作用下桥梁响应参数变化、承载能力进行分析。通过有限元软件Midas Civil进行建模与理论相结合的方式,得出了斜拉桥索塔偏位工况及塔底弯矩工况,由于影响线布载几乎是全主跨加载,最为不利的结论;通过静载试验,测试控制截面的应变、位移,并与理论值进行对比,对大桥的安全度从静力角度进行评价;通过动载试验,分析了桥梁在动载作用下响应参数的改变,从动力角度对大桥进行评价。试验结果表明,主桥试验桥跨满足设计荷载标准(公路-Ι级)的正常使用要求,为该桥提供相应的桥梁竣工备案与未来养护维修的科学根据。 Based on solving the technical problems of load test and detection of super wide concrete cable-stayed bridge in mountain area in highway construction,this article relies on Nanmudu Wujiang Bridge,by combining numerical simulation、theoretical analysis and field tests,analysis of bridge response parameter changes and bearing capacity under static and dynamic loads.Based on the combination of modeling by Midas civil and theory,we have a conclusion that Cable tower deflection condition and tower bottom bending moment condition of cable-stayed bridge are the most unfavorable because of the influence line deployment is almost full main span loading;Through the static load test,the strain and displacement of the control section are tested,compared with the theoretical value,the safety of the bridge is evaluated from the static point of view;Through the dynamic load test,the change of response parameters of the bridge under the dynamic load is analyzed,and the bridge is evaluated from the dynamic point of view.The test results show that the test span of the main bridge meets the normal use requirements of the design load standard(highway class I),which provides the scientific basis for the bridge completion record and future maintenance.
