摘要
针对综合化飞行器管理系统架构特点及高可靠需求,设计实现了一种基于1394B总线和ARINC 659总线的模块化、综合化的高可靠作动器控制计算机。详细介绍了计算机组成架构、总线接口单元、伺服控制单元等硬件模块设计,分析说明了系统时钟同步、多总线架构通信调度和提高可靠性的容错设计方法。作动器控制计算机可用于机上特定区域的多个伺服作动子系统的高可靠数据采集、智能控制与综合监控管理,具备安全性、可靠性高,系统升级扩展灵活与综合验证简单等优点。
According to the architecture characteristics and high reliability of the integrated vehicle management system,designed and implemented a modular and integrated actuator control computer based on 1394B bus and ARINC 659 bus,introduced the computer structure,the bus interface unit and actuator control unit design in detail,explained the clock synchronization,multi-bus communication scheduling and fault-tolerant design for improve the reliability of the system.The actuator control computer can be used for highly reliable data concentration,intelligent control and comprehensive monitoring management of mu-actuation subsystems in specific areas on the aircraft.The system has the advantages of high safety,high reliability,flexible system upgrade and extension,and simple comprehensive verification.
