摘要
附件包块是妇科临床实践过程中的常见问题。2020年加拿大妇产科医师协会(SOGC)发布2020版附件包块的初步评估和管理临床实践指南,就患者初诊的系统性评估和包块良恶性判别提出具体处理建议。本文主要针对指南所强调的通过病史询问和系统的体格检查获得包块良恶性鉴别信息,以及重点推荐使用改良超声检查标准和血清标记物等恶性肿瘤风险预测模型等方面作进一步解读,供临床工作者参考借鉴。
Accessory mass is a common problem in clinical practice of gynecology.In 2020,the Society of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists of Canada(SOGC)published clinical practice guidelines for the preliminary assessment and management of adnexal masses,2020 edition,and proposed specific management recommendations for the systematic assessment of patients'initial diagnosis and the discrimination of benign and malignant masses.In this paper,the guidelines emphasize medical history inquiry and systematic physical examination to obtain the benign and malignant differentiation information of mass,as well as the emphasis on the use of improved ultrasound examination standards and serum markers and other malignant tumor risk prediction models are recommended for further interpretation,for the reference of clinical workers.
