摘要
目的分析美容祛斑汤联合还原型谷胱甘肽对黄褐斑患者氧化应激反应及疾病相关因子水平的影响。方法将黄褐斑患者88例随机分为对照组和观察组,各44例。对照组采用还原型谷胱甘肽治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用美容祛斑汤治疗,2组均治疗2个月。观察2组临床疗效结果,比较2组治疗前后皮损总积分、中医证候总积分、氧化应激反应相关指标及血清疾病相关因子水平。结果治疗后,观察组总有效率(95.45%,42/44)显著高于对照组(79.55%,35/44)(P<0.05)。2组治疗后黄褐斑面积减小,观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。2组治疗后皮损总积分、中医症候总积分及血清丙二醛(MDA)、可溶性白细胞介素-2受体(SIL-2R)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、促黑激素(MSH)水平降低,观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。2组治疗后血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSP-Px)水平升高,观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论美容祛斑汤联合还原型谷胱甘肽治疗黄褐斑,可有效改善患者临床症状和皮损状态,减小黄褐斑面积,抑制机体氧化应激反应和炎症反应。
Objective To analyze the effects of the Meirong Quban Decoction combined with the reduced glutathione on the oxidative stress response and disease-related factor levels in patients with chloasma.Methods A total of 88 patients with chloasma were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 44 cases in each group.The control group was treated with the reduced glutathione,while the observation group was treated with the Meirong Quban Decoction on the basis of the control group.Both groups were treated for 2 months.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was observed,and the total scores of skin lesions,total scores of TCM syndromes,related indexes of the oxidative stress response and levels of the disease-related factors in serum were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group(95.45%,42/44)was significantly higher than that of the control group(79.55%,35/44)(P<0.05).The size of chloasma was decreased after treatment in the two groups,and the observation group was smaller than the control group(P<0.05).The total scores of skin lesions,the total scores of TCM syndromes,the levels of the serum malondialdehyde(MDA),soluble interleukin-2 receptor(SIL-2R),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),melanocyte-stimulating hormone(MSH)were decreased after treatment in the 2 groups,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).The levels of the serum superoxide dismutase(SOD)and glutathione peroxidase(GSP-Px)were increased in the two groups after treatment,and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The Meirong Quban Decoction combined with the reduced glutathione in the treatment of chloasma can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and skin lesions,reduce the size of chloasma,and inhibit the oxidative stress response and inflammatory response of the body.
