摘要
不宁腿综合征病机为寒邪经足下侵入,循经上行,经络受阻,阳气不得布达通行,病位在筋脉,与肝肾等脏腑密切相关,常表现为肝肾阴虚证、肝风内动证和瘀毒阻络证。由终末期肾病所致的不宁腿综合征为尿毒症不宁腿综合征,其临床特点为每至厥阴时刻出现或加重,符合厥阴病的特点。厥阴病关键病机为阴阳失交,阴阳气不相顺接。乌梅丸可疏达厥阴气机,使阴阳之气顺接,既补肝肾之阴,又熄风通络,活血化瘀;其酸辛温苦寒并行,可达温清并举之效,使阴液得养,瘀去血行;阴阳相合,筋脉得养,则肢凉酸困、麻木疼痛自愈。
The pathogenesis of restless legs syndrome(RLS)is the invasion of cold pathogen attacking under the feet,the ascending of syncope,the obstruction of meridians and collaterals,and the failure of yang qi to move properly.The disease is located in the tendons and veins,which is closely related to the liver and kidney and other viscera.It is often manifested as liver-kidney yin deficiency syndrome,internal stirring of liver wind syndrome and blood stasis and toxin obstructing collaterals syndrome.Uremic restless legs syndrome(u-RLS)is caused by end stage renal disease(ESRD).The clinical features of u-RLS are that it appears or worsens at every moment of reverting yin syndrome,which is consistent with the characteristics of reverting yin disease.The key pathogenesis of reverting yin is that yin and yang are out of communication,yin and yang qi are not connected.Mume Pill can dredge reverting yin qi movement and make yin-yang qi connect smoothly.It can not only nourish yin of liver and kidney,but also extinguish wind and dredge collaterals,activate blood circulation and remove blood stasis.Its sour,pungent,warm,bitter and cold properties can reach the effect of warming and clearing simultaneously.It can nourish yin fluid,remove blood stasis,connect yin and yang,nourish muscles and veins,and make limbs recover from cold,sour,numb and painful symptoms.
