区块链技术在农业农村中的应用与对策研究 被引量:26

摘要 区块链技术上连农业大数据,下连农业智能系统,是推动农业产业革命、加快农业农村现代化的重要工具,在全面提升食品安全层次、提高食品产业链供应链现代化水平和强化农村金融保险服务能力等方面具有广阔发展空间。本文在分析区块链技术与农业农村现代化的作用机理基础上,梳理了区块链技术在农产品质量安全溯源、农业供应链管理、农村金融服务等方面已有的实践探索。区块链技术在农业农村领域应用面临技术成熟度不够、数字农业基础设施不完善、复合型人才供给不足、农业产业链环节多、缺少跨区域跨行业技术监管体系和应用标准等瓶颈问题。区块链政策应更加注重在技术创新、基础设施建设、专业人才培养、标准体系构建、应用场景打造、沟通协调机制等方面系统集成。 Blockchain technology connects agricultural big data and the intelligent agricultural system.It is an essential tool to promote the agricultural industry revolution and accelerate the modernization of agriculture in rural areas.It comprehensively improves food safety,the food industry supply chain's modernization level,and rural financial insurance.However,there is broad room for development in terms of service capabilities.Based on the analysis of the mechanism of blockchain technology and agricultural and rural modernization,this paper combs the existing practical explorations of blockchain technology in agricultural product quality and safety traceability,agricultural supply chain management,and rural financial services.The application of blockchain technology in agriculture and rural areas faces bottlenecks such as insufficient technological maturity,poor digital agriculture infrastructure,an insufficient supply of compound talents,multiple links in the agricultural industry chain,lack of cross-regional and cross-industry technology supervision systems and application standards.Therefore,blockchain policies should pay more attention to system integration in technological innovation,infrastructure construction,professional talent training,standard system construction,application scenarios creation,and communication and coordination mechanisms.
