摘要
为更好了解当前铧式犁机具在实际使用中出现的问题,提出有效改进措施,实地测量北疆地区部分玉米地的土壤坚实度、含水率、容重和孔隙度,阐述北疆玉米地的地面残茬情况和含石情况,分析土壤条件对犁耕机具作业的影响,指出当前铧式犁装备在耕作北疆玉米残茬地时存在秸秆深埋效果不佳、残茬通过性差、触土部件磨损严重、连接强度不够等问题,给出优化铧式犁相关部件结构,增强整机受力稳定性,校核并加强关键连接部位的强度等的对应改进方案。
In order to better understand the problems existing in the practical use of the mouldboard plough and propose effective improvement measures,soil compatibility,soil moisture content,bulk density,and soil porosity were measured in corn fields in northern Xinjiang.The stubble and stony contents were also described.The influence of soil condition on ploughing machine operation was analyzed.It was pointed out that there were problems such as poor straw burying,poor passing ability of the stubble,wear of the contact soil part,and insufficient connection strength in the current mouldboard plough equipment when ploughing.The corresponding improvement scheme was developed to optimize the structure of the related parts of the mouldboard plough,enhance the mechanical stability of the whole machine,and check and strengthen the strength of the key connecting parts.
