摘要
目的研究和分析整体护理在缺铁性贫血护理中的应用价值。方法随机选择2017年2月至2019年1月我院收治的缺铁性贫血患者62例为研究对象,按数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组31例。对照组进行常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础之上实施整体护理,比较两组患者的治疗依从性情况,对比两组患者的护理满意度。结果对照组中,治疗依从性较好的患者共有21例,依从率为64.52%,显著低于观察组的90.32%(28/31),差异具有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.7692,P=0.0289)。对照组的护理满意度为64.52%(20/31),观察组的护理满意度为93.55%(29/31),两组之间差异显著,具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论对缺铁性贫血患者实施以患者为核心的整体护理,在提高治疗依从性和护理满意度方面,均有不容忽视的积极作用,推广应用的可行性较大。
Objective To study and analyze the application value of holistic nursing in the nursing of iron deficiency anemia.Methods A total of 62 patients with iron deficiency anemia admitted to our hospital from February 2017 to January 2019 were randomly selected as the research object and divided into control group and observation group with 31 cases in each group according to the numerical table method.The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group received overall nursing based on routine nursing.The treatment compliance of the two groups of patients was compared,and the nursing satisfaction of the two groups of patients was compared.Results In the control group,there were 21 patients with good treatment compliance,the compliance rate was 64.52%,significantly lower than 90.32%(28/31)in the observation group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.7692,P=0.0289).The nursing satisfaction of the control group was 64.52%(20/31),and that of the observation group was 93.55%(29/31),the difference between the two groups was significant and statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of patient-centered holistic nursing for patients with iron deficiency anemia plays a positive role in improving treatment compliance and nursing satisfaction,which cannot be ignored.It is feasible to popularize and apply it.
