摘要
目的探讨急诊危重症患者在院内转运护理管理中应用PDCA管理发挥的作用。方法将我院2017年11月至2019年2月的100例急诊危重症院内转运患者,随机分组,每组例数50。给予常规转运组常规护理对策,给予PDCA管理组PDCA管理。比较两组患者接收部门的满意度;院内转运的平均时间;护理前后焦虑的心理程度评分、抑郁心理程度评分;呼吸困难、心电监护缺失、输液隐患、管道脱落等安全隐患发生率。结果PDCA管理组患者接收部门的满意度高于常规转运组,P<0.05;PDCA管理组焦虑的心理程度评分、抑郁心理程度评分低于常规转运组,院内转运的平均时间短于常规转运组,呼吸困难、心电监护缺失、输液隐患、管道脱落等安全隐患发生率低于常规转运组,P<0.05。结论急诊危重症院内转运患者实施PDCA管理可获得较好的效果,其应用可有效提高患者接收部门的满意度,缩短院内转运的时间,减少院内转运过程安全隐患的发生,具有较高的应用价值。
Objective To explore the role of PDCA management in the nursing management of emergency and critically ill patients in hospital transfer.Methods One hundred patients with emergency hospitals in our hospital from November 2017 to February 2019 were randomized into 50 patients in each group.The routine nursing measures were given to the conventional transport group,and the PDCA management group was given to the PDCA management.The satisfaction of the receiving department in the two groups was compared;the average time of in-hospital transport;the psychological degree score of anxiety before and after nursing,the score of depression degree;the incidence of safety hazards such as dyspnea,loss of ECG monitoring,hidden infusion,and tube loss.Results The satisfaction of the receiving department in the PDCA management group was higher than that in the conventional transport group,P<0.05.The anxiety level and depression level of the PDCA management group were lower than those in the conventional transport group,and the average time of hospital transport was shorter than the conventional transport group.The incidence of safety hazards such as dyspnea,loss of ECG monitoring,hidden infusion,and tube loss was lower than that of the conventional transport group,P<0.05.Conclusion The implementation of PDCA management in patients with critically ill hospitals in emergency hospitals can achieve better results.The application can effectively improve the satisfaction of patients in the receiving department,shorten the time of in-hospital transport,and reduce the occurrence of safety hazards in the hospital.It has a high application value.
