摘要
沙棘的枝叶和果渣中含有丰富的营养成分和多种生物活性物质,在促进畜禽动物生长发育和疾病防治方面有重要作用。文章从沙棘枝叶和果渣的加工工艺及在动物养殖上的应用潜力入手,分析沙棘作为饲用植物的研发前景及存在问题,为沙棘的合理开发利用提供参考。
The branches,leaves and pomace of Hippophae rhamnoides are rich in nutrients and a variety of bioactive substances and plays an important role in promoting the growth and development of livestock and poultry and disease prevention and control.Starting with the processing technology of branches,leaves and pomace of H.rhamnoides and its application potential in animal breeding,the paper analyzes the research and development prospect and existing problems of H.rhamnoides as a forage plant,in order to provide a reference for the rational development and utilization of H.rhamnoides.
