摘要
目的探讨S100A6基因表达对肺腺癌细胞组织的影响。方法收集2017年5月至2018年2月某院收治的34例肺腺癌患者的正常肺组织、癌旁组织及肺腺癌组织标本,A549肺腺癌细胞由上海中科院提供。比较S100A6基因在正常肺组织、癌旁组织及肺腺癌组织的表达量、阳性组和阴性组的细胞增殖率、穿膜细胞数、细胞凋亡率及细胞周期分布。结果S100A6基因在正常肺组织、癌旁组织、肺腺癌组织的表达量分别为(0.247±0.069)、(0.486±0.213)、(0.796±0.328)。阳性组的细胞增殖率、穿膜细胞数均明显高于阴性组,细胞凋亡率显著低于阴性组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。阳性组肺腺癌细胞S期占(56.27±0.93)%,G2-M期占(4.92±0.36)%,阴性组肺腺癌细胞S期占(42.53±0.71)%,G2-M期占(18.01±0.42)%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。阳性组和阴性组的G0-G1期肺腺癌细胞比例无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论S100A6基因在肺腺癌细胞组织内过度表达,能够促进癌细胞增殖,抑制癌细胞凋亡,并通过提高癌细胞迁移能力促使癌灶扩散。
Objective To investigate the S100A6 gene expression on lung adenocarcinoma cells and tissues.Methods Collected in May 2017-February 2018 in our hospital 34 cases of lung adenocarcinoma patients with normal lung tissues,adjacent tissues and lung adenocarcinoma tissues,A549 lung cancer cells provided by the Shanghai Academy of Sciences.Comparison of S100A6 gene in normal lung tissue,the amount of expression of adjacent tissues of lung adenocarcinoma,positive and negative group rate of cell proliferation,cell number,apoptosis and cell cycle distribution.Results S100A6 gene in normal lung tissue,adjacent tissue,lung tissue expression levels were(0.247±0.069),(0.486±0.213),(0.796±0.328).Cell proliferation rate of positive group,cell number was significantly higher than negative group,apoptosis rate was significantly lower than the negative group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Positive lung adenocarcinoma cells in S phase accounted for(56.27±0.93)%,G2-M phase accounting for(4.92±0.36)%,negative lung adenocarcinoma cells in S phase accounted for(42.53±0.71)%,G2-M phase accounts(18.01±0.42)%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).No G0-G1 phase lung adenocarcinoma cell ratio of positive and negative groups significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion S100A6 gene overexpressed in lung adenocarcinoma cells and tissues,can promote cancer cell proliferation,inhibition of apoptosis,and cancer cell migration by improving the ability to promote the proliferation of foci.
