摘要
某电力推进试验平台艉轴出现下沉,并伴有振动噪声过大现象;试验方遂对平台进行拆检,发现艉管后轴承磨损严重,经测量,艉管轴承磨损量超出设计使用范围。文章针对此磨损现象进行了研究分析,通过水润滑艉管轴承承载校核、水润滑艉管轴承润滑特性数值计算等方法分析艉管轴承过度磨损机理,最后制定解决方案,重新对水润滑艉管轴承进行了选材与结构设计,有效提高了试验平台艉管轴承的可靠性与使用寿命。
The shaft of an electric propulsion test platform is sinking and accompanied by excessive vibration and noise. After measurement, the wear of pipe bearing exceeds the design range. In this paper, the wear mechanism of the bearing is analyzed by means of water-lubricated pipe bearing load check and numerical calculation of lubrication characteristic of water-lubricated pipe bearing.
