摘要
介绍了一种数据识别方法在轨道衡计量中的应用,通过采集皮重历史计量数据,将其按月、季和年进行整理,并计算皮重计量数据的平均值和标准差,来确定控制图的中心线、控制上限及控制下限。同时,利用控制图的判异准则和皮重历史计量数据建立皮重计量数据的动态识别模型,并运用信息技术将其固化在轨道衡计量系统中,对采集的皮重计量数据进行实时识别,将自动识别出的异常皮重计量数据,在轨道衡计量系统中进行实时显示与控制。
This paper introduces the application of a data identification method in track scale metrology.By collecting historical tare measurement data,collating them according to month,season and year,and calculating the mean and standard deviation of tare measurement data,the center line,upper limit and lower limit of control chart are determined.At the same time,the use of control chart for different criteria and tare history measurement data to establish dynamic identification model of tare weight measurement data,and using information technology should be solidified to the measurement system of rail weighbridge,to collect real-time tare weight measurement data identification,will automatically identify the abnormal tare weight measurement data,real-time display and control in the measurement system of rail weighbridge.
