摘要
目的:观察小儿咳喘灵口服液联合西药治疗小儿支气管炎的临床疗效。方法:选取80例支气管炎患儿,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组40例。对照组给予常规西药治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合小儿咳喘灵口服液治疗,2组均治疗6~8 d。比较2组气促改善、咳喘消失、体温恢复正常、肺部啰音消失、胸片恢复正常时间,评价2组临床疗效。结果:观察组气促改善、咳喘消失、体温恢复正常、肺部啰音消失、胸片恢复正常时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组总有效率为92.5%,对照组总有效率为75.0%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:小儿咳喘灵口服液联合西药治疗小儿支气管炎较单独使用西药治疗效果更好,能够快速缓解患儿的临床症状、体征。
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of the therapy of Xiao'er Kechuanling oral liquid combined with western medicine for bronchitis in children.Methods:A total of 80 children with bronchitis were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the observation group was additionally treated with Xiao'er Kechuanling oral liquid based on the treatment of the control group.Both groups were treated for six to eight days.The improvement of tachypnea,the disappearance of cough and severe shortness of breath,the time of body temperature back to normal,the disappearance of lung rales,and the time of chest radiography back to normal were compared and the clinical effect in the two groups was evaluated.Results:In the observation group,the improvement of tachypnea,the disappearance of cough and severe shortness of breath,the time of body temperature back to normal,the disappearance of lung rales,and the time of chest radiography back to normal were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate was 92.5%in the observation group and 75.0%in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The therapy of Xiao'er Kechuanling oral liquid combined with western medicine has better therapeutic effect than the single western medicine in treating children with bronchitis,which can quickly relieve the clinical symptoms and signs of children.
