摘要
以Sn为原料采用电弧等离子雾化工艺制备出四方相未完全氧化的纳米二氧化锡粉末,在空气气氛条件下,研究采用不同热处理工艺,氧化锡粉末生长速率与温度的关系.采用不同热处理温度和保温时间的热处理工艺对原始氧化锡粉末进行了热处理.采用X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)等方法对样品进行了成分和形貌分析.试验结果表明,采用等离子雾化法制备的氧化锡粉末,其晶粒尺寸随温度呈两段式增长,合适的热处理工艺可以改善粉末的粒度均匀性.
Incomplete oxidation nano SnO_(2) powder with tetragonal phase was prepared by arc plasma process with Sn as raw material.The relationship between the growth rate and the temperature of SnO_(2) powder was studied by different heat treatment process.The original SnO_(2) powder was heat treated with different temperatures and holding time.X-ray diffraction(XRD)and scanning electron microscope(SEM)were used to analyze the compositions and morphologies of the samples.The experimental results showed that the grain size of SnO_(2) powder prepared by plasma atomization increased in two stages with temperature,and the proper heat treatment process could improve the particle size uniformity.
