摘要
复合材料闭模成型工艺技术具有成型产品性能优良、质量稳定、生产效率高和环境友善等诸多特点,本文对复合材料天线罩产品采用闭模成型工艺的应用材料、树脂流动、充模过程和适用情况进行了阐述和说明。天线罩产品采用闭模成型工艺,选择满足其性能和工艺双重特性的材料非常重要,通过树脂流动趋势和仿真分析来指导工艺设计,可有效的避免工艺实施过程中出现问题从而提高生产效率和产成品率。闭模成型工艺并不一定适用于所有类型天线罩产品的成型,应确定选用的材料体系等能够满足制品性能指标。
The closed molding technology of composite material has many characteristics, such as excellent product performance, stable quality, high production efficiency and friendly environment. This paper describes the application materials, resin flow, filling process and application of closed molding technology for composite radome products.The radome products adopt the closed molding process, so it is very important to select the materials that meet the dual characteristics of performance and process. The resin flow trend and simulation analysis are used to guide the process design, which can effectively avoid the problems in the process implementation, so as to improve the production efficiency and product rate. The closed molding process has its application characteristics, which is not necessarily suitable for the forming of all types of radomes. It is necessary to determine whether the selected material system can meet the requirements of product performance index, and then determine the applicability of the process.
