摘要
本研究采用水培方式,对香椿幼苗进行不同CdCl_(2)浓度(0、100、200、300、400μmol/L)处理,并对其进行相关生理生化指标测定。结果表明:随着CdCl_(2)浓度的提高,香椿幼苗叶绿素的含量、蒸腾速率、净光合速率以及气孔导度呈下降趋势;与此同时,经CdCl_(2)处理的香椿叶片H_(2)O_(2)和MDA含量增加,于200μmol/L CdCl_(2)时,达到最高值。由此可知,镉胁迫影响了香椿的活性氧代谢和光合生理特性,从而影响幼苗的生长,为探讨香椿的镉胁迫响应机制提供了理论依据。
In this study,the seedlings of Toona sinensis were treated with different concentrations of CdCl_(2)(0,100,200,300,400μmol/L)by hydroponic method,and the related physiological and biochemical indexes were determined.The results showed that the chlorophyll content,transpiration rate,net photosynthetic rate and stomatal conductance of T.sinensis seedlings decreased with the increase of CdCl_(2) concentration.At the same time,the content of H_(2)O_(2) and MDA in T.sinensis leaves treated with CdCl_(2) increased,and reached the highest value at 200μmol/L CdCl_(2).In conclusion,Cd stress affects the reactive oxygen metabolism and photosynthetic physiological characteristics of T.sinensis,and then affects the growth of seedlings,which provides a theoretical basis for exploring the response mechanism of T.sinensis to Cd stress.
