微创手术结合术后颅内压监护治疗高血压脑出血的观察研究

Observation and Study of Minimally Invasive Surgery Combined with Postoperative Intracranial Pressure Monitoring in the Treatment of Hypertensive Cerebral Hemorrhage

摘要 目的:分析微创手术结合术后颅内压监护治疗高血压脑出血的临床效果。方法:选取2014年10月—2017年4月因高血压脑出血于我院进行治疗的90例患者作为研究对象,根据采用手术治疗方案的差异分为观察组(小骨窗开颅显微手术+颅内压监护)、微创组(小骨窗开颅显微手术)与传统组(传统开颅术)。对比三组临床疗效、各项临床指标及并发症发生情况的差异。结果:观察组治疗总有效率明显高于微创组与传统组(P<0.05);观察组脱水药物剂量与住院费用明显少于微创组与传统组,脱水药物使用时间与住院时间明显短于微创组与传统组(P<0.05);观察组术后并发症总发生率明显低于微创组与传统组(P<0.05)。结论:微创手术结合术后颅内压监护治疗高血压脑出血的临床效果显著,该治疗模式的应用可明显提升患者术后康复速度,降低术后并发症风险程度,值得临床推广应用。 Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of minimally invasive surgery combined with postoperative intracranial pressure monitoring in the treatment of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage.Methods:In October 2014 to April 2017 for hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage in our hospital for treatment of 90 patients as the research object,according to the differences in surgical treatment were divided into observation group(small bone window craniotomy microsurgery+intracranial pressure monitoring),minimally invasive group(small bone window craniotomy microsurgery)and the traditional group(traditional open-brain surgery).The differences in clinical efficacy,clinical indicators and complications between the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of observation group was significantly higher than that of minimally invasive group and traditional group(P<0.05).The dose and hospitalization cost of dehydration drugs in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the minimally invasive group and the traditional group,and the time of use and hospitalization of dehydration drugs in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the minimally invasive group and the traditional group(P<0.05).The total incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the minimally invasive group and the traditional group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Minimally invasive surgery combined with postoperative intracranial pressure monitoring has a significant clinical effect in the treatment of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage.The application of this treatment mode can significantly improve the postoperative recovery speed of patients and reduce the risk of postoperative complications,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
