摘要
本文分析了基于校企合作的高职工程造价专业人才培养现状,得出结论:对于工程造价这样实践性强的专业而言,在教学过程中不能只作概念知识的讲解,更多地是需要学生在通过系统教学之后能增强以专业知识为基础、专业技能能力体系牢固的良好职业竞争力,从而更好地达到工程造价员岗位的技能要求。要深化高职院校工程造价课程体系改革,通过校内外教学实践,培养学生造价专业技能和职业道德素养等,以构建学生完整职业能力体系,提升学生的职业竞争力。
This paper analyzes the current situation of talent cultivation of engineering cost major in higher vocational colleges based on school-enterprise cooperation,concludes that for engineering cost major with strong practicality,the teaching process should not only explain concept knowledge,but also require students to establish good professional competitiveness based on professional knowledge and solid professional skills and ability system after systematic teaching,so as to better meet the technical requirements of the post.It proposes that the reform of engineering cost curriculum system in higher vocational colleges should be deepened under the background of school-enterprise cooperation to cultivate students'core competencies such as professional skills and professional ethics through teaching practice inside and outside the school,build a complete vocational ability system for students,and enhance their vocational competitiveness.
