摘要
电子不停车收费(Electronic Toll Collection,简称ETC)和复合通行卡(Compound Pass Card,简称CPC卡)是目前我国高速公路两大主要收费介质,在高速公路路网内通过ETC门架系统,基于5.8GHz DSRC技术实现对ETC车辆和人工半自动收费车辆(Manual Toll Collection,简称MTC)的多义性路径识别。以湖南省取消省界收费站项目为例,阐述了新的收费模式下高速公路ETC、CPC卡收费机理与流程,为推广和发展ETC、CPC卡收费技术提供参考。
Electronic Toll Collection(ETC)and Compound Pass Card(CPC)are two main toll media of expressway in China at present.The polysemy path identification of ETC and Manual Toll Collection(MTC)is realized based on 5.8GHz DSRC technology through the ETC gantry system in the expressway network.In combination with the project of canceling the provincial boundary toll station in Hunan province,the toll mechanism and process of ETC or CPC of expressway under the new toll mode are elaborated,so as to provide reference for the promotion and development of ETC or CPC toll technology.
