摘要
摆动式脉冲器通过电机在有限转角范围内往复摆动,带动阀片在泥浆通道内产生压力波动,从而井下数据传输到地面。摆动电机工作在有限转角范围内,为了电机的工作范围得到有效控制,通常会采用限位装置来对电机的摆动角度进行限制。在电机装配完成后,需要对电机的零位偏差进行检测,即电机的定子三相位置和旋转变压器的相对位置进行测量。由于电机摆动角度受限,不能采用传统的零位检测方法,摆动式脉冲器采用了5通道旋转变压器和4极对永磁同步电机,使零位检测的检测难度进一步增加,提出了一种自动零位检测算法,经测试和现场应用,该算法简单实用。
Oscillating mud pulser is an equipment that can generate mud pressure fluctuation in mud pipe to transmit data from downhole while drilling. It’s oscillating valve was driven by permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM), the valve can only oscillate in a limited angle range. Rotor position of PMSM was exactly required for field-oriented control(FOC). The error of rotor was caused by zero-position error of sensor. A special detect method was presented for the angle limited motor with 4 poles and 5 speeds resolver in the oscillating mud pulser.
