摘要
选用抗菌改性聚酯纤维,分别与黏胶纤维按50/50、60/40、70/30混纺比进行混纺,与竹浆纤维和天丝按60/40混纺比进行混纺,得到5种含有抗菌改性聚酯纤维的混纺纱。随后,将这5种混纺纱作为经纬纱线制织成11种机织面料试样,采用振荡法对面料试样进行测试对比分析,探究纤维原料、纤维含量与面料抗菌性能之间的内在关联,获得具有较优抗菌性能的机织面料试样,为后续开发抗菌机织面料提供理论依据。结果表明,抗菌改性聚酯纤维与黏胶纤维按60/40比例进行混纺的纱线,制织得到的抗菌面料为较优抗菌面料组分。
Anti-microbial modified polyester fiber was selected to blend with the viscose fiber according to the blending ratio of 50/50,60/40,70/30 respectively.Then,it was blended with the bamboo slurry fibers and lyocell according to the blending ratio of 60/40 to obtain 5 kinds of blended yarns containing antibacterial modified polyester fiber.Next,the five blended yarns were used as warp and weft yarns and made into 11 woven fabrics samples.Testing and comparative analysis of the samples were performed using oscillatory method to investigate the inherent correlation between fiber raw material,fiber content and fabric antibacterial properties.It is aimed to obtain a woven fabric sample with excellent antibacterial properties and to provide theoretical basis for developing antibacterial woven fabrics subsequently.The results reveal that the antibacterial modified polyester fiber blended with the viscose fiber according to the blending ratio of 60/40 can be made into an antibacterial fabric containing an optimal antibacterial fabric component.
