摘要
文章针对某些塑料扁丝和碳纤织物纬纱不能变化捻度的需求,改变常规储纬器储纬的方式,探索了多种退绕方案,发现径向主动退绕效果为最佳,同时为了使纱线不交缠,利用光电信号反馈给输出马达,保持一定的储存量。结果表明:采用此装置可满足后续织造要求,纬纱保持原有形状不变捻度,布面质量达到了客户要求。
To meet the requirement of changing the twist of weft yarn for some plastic flat yarn and carbon fiber fabric,transform the storage mode of conventional weft accumulator,this paper has explored a variety of unwinding plans,and found that the radial active unwinding effect was the optimal.In the meantime,in order to prevent the yarn from intertwining,the photoelectric signal was fed back to the output Marta to maintain a certain storage capacity.The results reveal that this device can meet the subsequent weaving requirements while maintaining the original shape of weft yarn without twist change.The fabric surface quality can also meet the customer requirements.
