斜轴式定量柱塞泵的动态特性仿真分析

摘要 以某型斜轴式定量柱塞泵为研究对象,基于节流槽结构设计及其内流场特征,结合渐扩形节流槽面积的确定原则,使用端盖节流槽面积计算公式,在性能仿真软件中搭建了柱塞泵性能仿真模型,针对影响其动态特性的几个关键因素进行变参分析,得到了有益的结论。 Based on the structure design and internal flow field characteristics of the throttling groove,combined with the principle of determining the area of the gradually expanding throttling groove,the performance simulation model of the piston pump is built in the performance simulation software by using the calculation formula of the area of the end cover throttling groove,and the variable parameter analysis is carried out for several key factors affecting its dynamic characteristics,some useful conclusions are obtained.
