摘要
为了解不同激素处理技术对于脆蜜金桔芽穗嫁接成活率、嫁接苗木生长的影响,进行了不同激素组合处理脆蜜金桔芽穗的嫁接试验。试验结果显示:50×10^(-6)6-BA+200×10^(-6)萘乙酸处理与对照组清水处理的苗木成活率存在正向差异,且苗高、根质量、主茎茎粗、分枝数等苗木质量指标表现较好,文章认为采用50×10^(-6)6-BA+200×10^(-6)萘乙酸处理脆蜜金桔芽穗,对于提高其嫁接成活率和苗木有积极作用;该技术对解决脆蜜金桔嫁接育苗生产中嫁接成活率低、苗木质量差的问题有显著的作用,具有广阔的应用前景。
In order to understand the effects of different hormone treatments on the survival rate and growth of grafted seedlings of kumquat,the grafting experiments of different hormone combinations were carried out.The results showed that the survival rate of seedlings treated with 50×10^(-6) 6-BA+200×10^(-6) NAA was positive difference from that of control group,and the seedling size index such as seedling height,root weight,stem diameter and branch number were better.The paper thinks that 50×10^(-6) 6-BA+200×10^(-6) NAA treatment of the bud spike of the crisp honey golden orange has a positive effect on improving the grafting efficiency and seedling.This technology has a significant role in solving the problems of low grafting survival rate and poor seedling quality in kumquat grafting seedling production,and has a broad application prospect.
