北京市餐饮从业人员健康素养水平变化及影响因素 被引量:5

Analysis on changes of health literacy and its influencing factors among catering employees in Beijing

摘要 目的了解2016年与2018年北京市餐饮从业人员健康素养水平,并对健康素养的影响因素进行分析。方法以2016年与2018年北京市部分餐饮从业人员为研究对象,采用χ2检验比较健康素养水平的组间差异,应用多因素Logistic回归分析健康素养的影响因素。结果2016年与2018年北京市餐饮从业人员的健康素养水平分别为8.2%和13.5%(P<0.001);与2016年相比,2018年不同特征调查对象的健康素养水平均有不同程度的升高,其中35~岁年龄组和45~岁年龄组、本市户籍、人均月收入5000元及以上组的健康素养水平增长幅度较大。多因素Logistic回归分析显示,年龄和文化程度是健康素养的影响因素,以<25岁年龄组为参照,25~岁、35~岁和45~岁年龄组健康素养水平较高,OR值分别为1.7(95%CI:1.1~2.8)、3.0(95%CI:1.7~5.5)和4.6(95%CI:2.3~9.2),以初中及以下文化程度为参照,高中/中专/职高、大专/本科及以上分组的健康素养水平较高,OR值分别为3.8(95%CI:1.8~8.2)和11.9(95%CI:5.4~26.2)。结论与2016年相比,2018年北京市餐饮从业人员的健康素养虽呈上升趋势,但总体水平仍然较低,应有针对性地开展餐饮从业人员的健康教育工作。 Objective To understand the health literacy levels in years of 2016 and 2018 among catering employees in Beijing,and to analyze the influencing factors of health literacy.Methods Catering employees were enrolled as research objects in 2016 and 2018 in Beijing.Chi-square test was used to compare the levels in health literacy in different groups,and multi-factor logistic regression was used to analyze the influencing factors.Results The overall health literacy levels of catering employees were 8.2%and 13.5%in 2016 and 2018(P<0.001),respectively.Compared with the year of 2016,the health literacy levels in different groups were all increased in various degrees in 2018,and the levels of groups above the age of 35 and above the age of 45,group of local inhabitants,and group of per capita monthly income above 5000yuan had higher growth rate.Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that age and education level were influencing factors.Taking the group of under 25 years old as a reference,the age groups above 25,above 35 and above 45 years old had higher levels of health literacy,with OR values of 1.7(95%CI:1.1-2.8),3.0(95%CI:1.7-5.5),and 4.6(95%CI:2.3-9.2),respectively.Taking junior high school and below education as a reference,high school/secondary school/vocational high school as well as college/undergraduate and above groups had higher health literacy levels,with OR values of 3.8(95%CI:1.8-8.2)and 11.9(95%CI:5.4-26.2).Conclusion Compared to 2016,the health literacy level of catering employees in Beijing increased in 2018 while the overall health literacy level was still low.Targeted health education for catering employees should be strengthened.
