摘要
食品安全问题是人们最关心的问题。食品检验检测技术对于保障食品安全有重要作用。建立食品检验检测体系,不断完善对食品检验检测工作的监管,提高食品检验检测技术对于每一位公民都有重要意义。文章对食品检验检测体系中存在的不足进行分析,并针对不足提出改善对策,希望与同行业学者共同探讨。
The issue of food safety is the issue that people are most concerned about.Food inspection technology plays an important role in ensuring food safety.It is of great significance for every citizen to establish a food inspection and testing system,constantly improve the supervision of food inspection and testing,and improve food inspection and testing technology.This paper analyzes the shortcomings of the food inspection and testing system,and puts forward improvement countermeasures,hoping to discuss with scholars in the same industry.
