生物有机肥对设施辣椒产量、品质和经济效益的影响 被引量:9

Effects of Microbial Organic Fertilizers on Yield,Quality and Economic Benefits in Greenhouse Pepper

摘要 为探明化肥减量配施生物有机肥对设施辣椒产量、品质和经济效益的影响,在两地开展了田间试验,设置了不施肥(CK1)、常规施肥(CK2)、灭活后的生物有机肥+80%常规施肥(AOF)、生物有机肥+80%常规施肥(BOF)4个处理,探究辣椒单果重、产量、品质和经济效益对不同施肥模式的响应。结果表明,BOF处理辣椒的单果重比CK1、CK2、AOF处理平均增加了91.6%、17.8%、26.5%,产量平均提高了114.7%、9.6%、15.6%。BOF处理的辣椒素和Vc含量最高,显著高于其他处理。且BOF处理的经济效益和产投比最好,分别为65081.8元/hm2和16.4。因此,设施辣椒生产中化肥减量配施生物有机肥在设施辣椒生产中应用具有可行性。 In order to explore the effect of chemical fertilizer reduction combined with microbial organic fertilizers on yield,quality and economic benefit of greenhouse pepper.Conduct of experiments in two locations,set four treat⁃ments including no fertilizer application(CK1),farmer practice(CK2),Inactivated microbial organic fertilizers+80%farmer practice(AOF),microbial organic fertilizers+80%farmer practice(BOF)to study the effects on the fruit weight,yield,quality,economic benefits.The result showed that compared with CK1,CK2 and AOF,the fruit weight of pepper in BOF increased by 91.6%,17.8%and 26.5%and the average yield increased by 114.7%,9.6%and 15.6%.The content of capsaicin and VC in BOF treatment was the highest,which was significantly higher than other treatments.The economic benefit and production-input ratio of BOF treatment were the best,the economic benefit were 65081.8 yuan/hm2 and production-input ratio were 16.4.Therefore,the application of chemical fertilizer reduc⁃tion combined with microbial organic fertilizers in greenhouse pepper production is feasible.
