摘要
高职院校包含专科和本科两个学历的教育层次,一般情况下以专科居多,对学生的培养更侧重于实务知识的学习,职业技能的训练。随着我国经济结构的转型升级,从制造业大国到强国转变的迫切需求,对技术技能型人才综合素质的要求也越来越高。而融入培养学生现代工匠精神,不仅是我国经济转型升级发展的需要,也是高职院校及学生生存发展的必然选择。文章针对山东服装职业学院服装设计与工程专业的学情特点,分析培养现代工匠精神遇到的现存困境,探究促进和提升高职院校培养现代工匠精神的有效路径。
Higher vocational colleges contain two educational levels of junior education and undergraduate education,generally speaking,the junior education is in the majority and focuses on the learning of practical knowledge and vocational skills training.With the transformation and upgrading of China's economic structure and the urgent need for the transformation from a manufacturing giant to a manufacturing power,the requirements for the talents’comprehensive quality are increasingly higher and higher.It is not only necessary for China's economic transformation and upgrading,but also an inevitable choice for higher vocational colleges and students to survive and develop.Aiming at the characteristics of fashion design and engineering major of Shandong Vocational Institute of Fashion Technology,this paper analyzes the existing difficulties encountered in the cultivation of modern craftsman spirit,and explores the effective paths to promoting and enhancing the cultivation of modern craftsman spirit in higher vocational colleges.
