摘要
目前,治疗肝纤维化尚未有特效药,中医经方在抗肝纤维化方面具有重要作用,引起国内外学者对其进行大量的实验研究和临床研究,论文对近年来临床常用经方治疗肝纤维化的研究进展进行综述,为临床经方进一步治疗肝纤维化提供参考。认为,经方在通过减少细胞外基质、抑制肝星状细胞活化等作用,达到改善肝纤维化及延缓肝纤维化的进展。但是尚未有足够的临床证据使中医经方成为治疗肝纤维化的共识,以及在抗纤维化的同时如何有效阻断病因需要临床进一步研究。
At present,there is no specific medicine for the treatment of liver fibrosis.The traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions play an important role in anti-liver fibrosis,which has caused domestic and foreign scholars to conduct a large number of experimental and clinical studies on them.The research progress of fibrosis is reviewed to provide reference for the further treatment of liver fibrosis by clinical prescriptions.It is believed that classical prescription can improve liver fibrosis and delay the progress of liver fibrosis by reducing extracellular matrix and inhibiting hepatic stellate cell activation.However,there is not yet enough clinical evidence to make TCM classics a consensus in the treatment of liver fibrosis,and further clinical research is needed to effectively block the cause of fibrosis while preventing fibrosis.
